The Customer and the User consent to the storage, processing and use of the (personal) data provided at the time of registration or ordering by the Service Provider for the purpose of editorial work, market research, direct marketing and/or advertising mailings of its current and future telecommunications services or other media, as required by the applicable legal provisions.
Advertising mailing means not only the sending of advertisements by the Service Provider, but also the sending of advertisements by other companies affiliated with the Service Provider.
The Customer and the User also consent to the transfer of (personal) data within the country or abroad to a company(ies) with the same or similar ownership as the owner of the Service Provider, but only in connection with the above-mentioned purposes.
The Customer and the User consent to the Service Provider sending advertising materials to them even after the order has been fulfilled or the subscription has been terminated. If the Customer does not wish to receive advertising material in the future, he may indicate this at any time by sending an e-mail to office@bee-ecosystem.io.
The Service Provider shall treat the (personal) data stored in its computer systems confidentially, and shall not disclose the (personal) data to unauthorised third parties or make them available to unauthorised third parties. The transfer of (personal) data to a company owned by the Service Provider or belonging to the Service Provider's group of companies, or to a company with the same or similar ownership as the Service Provider's owner, as well as the transfer of data to the Service Provider's business partners in cases where the business partner's product and/or service is sold by the Service Provider or is related to the Service Provider's product and/or service, shall not be considered as a transfer of data to an unauthorised third party.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for the accuracy of the data provided by the Customer. During the browsing of the webshop, technical information is recorded for statistical purposes (e.g. IP address, duration of visit, etc.). The Service Provider will only pass this data to the competent authorities on the basis of a justified and justified legal basis. Online ordering requires the authorisation of cookies. In developing the data protection principles, particular account has been taken of the provisions of Act VI of 1998 on the proclamation of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data, signed in Strasbourg on 28th of January 1981.
In matters not covered by this document, the relevant legal provisions shall apply.
